The 50-Day Spiritual Adventure, The Remarkable Revelation, helps you take the adults and teens in your congregation on a life-changing seven-week journey into God's Word. Exploring the thirteenth chapter of Revelation, this eight-Sunday preaching series is designed around the "Mainstay Model" to help you deliver exciting sermons that get listeners not only applying what you preach, but also making measurable changes in their lives.
Each sermon includes everything you need to bring the topic to life, including worship ideas, PowerPoint and JGP graphics and practical application steps that adults and teens can complete during the week.
In addition, your participants will need copies of The Remarkable Revelation Adult Bible Study Journal and the eye-opening book, The Day that Changed America. The cost for each of these participant tools is $5. Whether yours is a small, medium or large church, these costs could become prohibitive. But because the value of these resources to congregations is so large, most churches simply pass along the cost of these to their people. After all, the cost of these two items is $10, and that’s about the cost of a fast food meal. These are food for the soul.
Participants will use The Remarkable Revelation Adult Bible Study Journals and The Day that Changed America to learn how to apply God's Word to everyday living. By the end of the series, participants will know how God has blessed America, why that blessing is in jeopardy, and what the Bible says they can do to reverse the trend. You will have equipped your church to "Do what it says" (James 1:22b) rather than merely lament over the moral decline of our nation and hope for the best.
The eight Adventure Sundays are designed to be as life-changing and transforming as possible. The goal is to equip listeners to recall and apply God's Word in practical ways on Sundays and beyond. Then they can experience the transforming presence of our risen Lord on a consistent basis, overcome the sins that regularly beset them, and become more righteous and holy, like Christ, while living here on earth.
