Series authors David Mains and Bob Fraley together offer you the benefit of their decades of ministry experience. Each is a prolific author and speaker and has founded ministries that are dedicated to the spiritual health of America, its churches and its people.
David Mains is founder of Mainstay Ministries, which creates spiritual growth tools and training seminars to help churches use technology to produce life-altering results in the lives of congregations.
As David began to see unprecedented numbers of people fleeing from churches in the 1960s, he established an experimental church in a Teamster’s Union Hall on the west side of Chicago in 1967. The church was popular for its creative worship, use and development of the gifts of its lay people. His techniques launched the integration of arts and media into worship across the nation. Every church service he plans – then and now – includes one scriptural concept that guides the music, sermon and practical application tool.
He joined his uncle’s popular national radio broadcast, The Chapel of the Air, in 1977, and became director when his uncle retired. He transformed the program into a compliment to the local church’s efforts to stimulate measurable spiritual growth within listeners. His wife Karen, herself a best-selling author and prize-winning communicator, was one of the highly-trained on-air voices. David and Karen retired from broadcasting to found Mainstay Ministries and have since produced several 50-day spiritual adventure tools, along with hundreds of sermons available to members through Mainstay’s sister ministry, Sermon Coach.
Bob Fraley is founder of Christian Life Outreach, a non-profit Christian ministry with outreach projects that support the body of Christ. Project Campaign Save America is one of those projects. It is a major effort to help save God’s special calling for Christians in America during these last days of the Church Age.
After leading Bob and his wife in 1969 to add 6 orphaned children to their family of 4, the Lord began revealing end times prophecies about the decline of America’s values. Bob has dedicated his career to developing tools to help families and churches avoid the wiles of the Devil, including 5 books and several booklets and newsletters that deal with the subject. Nearly 2 million copies have been distributed.
Bob and his wife founded Paradise Valley Christian School in Phoenix, Arizona in 1974, which is today one of the area’s major Christian schools. They founded Christian Life Outreach in 1991 to help the poor and needy in Kenya, Africa and to publish Christian literature. They launched Campaign Save Christian America as a Scripture-inspired plan to not only share God’s special calling for America in these last days, but to warn of how we are in danger of missing it and what we must do. In 1998, the couple founded Golden Eagle Christian Center, a fully-equipped Christian retreat center in Palestine, Ohio. Bob has had a successful career in the aluminum industry and in 1997 founded ALEXCO one of the leaders in the manufacturing of high tech aerospace aluminum extruded alloys. |
